Drink fresh water.

Drinking fresh water is one of the best ways to hydrate yourself. However, it can also lower your anxiety and prevent panic attacks from happening as often.
In America dehydration is a major problem. I am not saying that they are going thirsty, I am just saying they are drinking too much soda, lemonades, and worse alcohol. You need fresh non contaminated water free of harmful substances and chemicals that are commonly found in tap water.
You see, when you are dehydrated the cells in your body signal to the brain that they do not have enough moisture. The brain naturally then signals the nervous system to take action. All of these nerves working at once create nervousness. This nervousness, as you can probably guess, creates either anxiety or panic attacks.
The best thing you can do if you are a panic attack sufferer is to drink at least 5 glasses of fresh water everyday. Something as simple as this will not only make you healthier but make you less prone to anxiety related issues as well.
The worst thing you can do for your anxiety is to drink alcohol. Doing so will only make your condition worse. Alcohol may act as an antidepressant but all of the symptoms that come with it are not worth it in the end.
Not only does drinking fresh water prevent panic attacks but it also builds up the body’s stamina in the long term. This increased stamina allows for the communication channels between nerves to work alongside one another a lot easier and faster. This increased rate of productivity will lessen the chances of any anxiety related issues from occurring.
There is no doubt that dehydration is a factor that contributes to both anxiety and nervousness. A daily intake of fresh water will help you to achieve your goal of an anxiety and panic free life.
